We cater for a smaller number of people and we personally take interest in your goals. We motivate and encourage you with correct advise and design, improving your health, fitness and extending the quality of life.
Trainers on the Bay is an outlet for the TOB eating plan and supplements where needed. We know that this system of education is both effective and nutritionist endorsed. TOB puts everything in a nutshell with instruction books and material.
Eating plans are also designed individually if so desired - free of charge.
· X-Train Tuesday 7:45pm– A combination of weights and cardio in a supervised and safe environment. Low to moderate intensity
. Boxing Fitness Thursday 7:45pm– A fun cardio class that does not require technique. Just have fun and punch things. This often works well in pairs and small groups. Low or medium intensity.
. Self Defence upon request – This is Mixed martial arts and self defence tuition. The focus varies from student to student. Some train for defence
Kids can train with parents and siblings or friends. combines boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jiutsu, military self defence and Arnis. Optional.
